It was 1956 when a dress destined to become iconic was born in the Atelier delle Sorelle Fontana. Created and created by Zoe, the eldest of the sisters, the figure was made by a very young Renato Balestra, who at the time was a designer for the Atelier Fontana. Nicknamed pretino, the creation from the Talare line, was inspired by the clothes of the seminarians of the Germanic College.
